FERA Smoothie

The FERA Team is obsessed with smoothies. Here's our favorite go-to. You're welcome.


  • Banana (1.5 frozen bananas)

  • Mango (1 cup frozen)

  • Spinach (1/2 cup fresh spinach)

  • Citrus (1 orange or 1/2 lemon or 1 grapefruit freshly squeezed)

  • Moringa (1 teaspoon)

  • Nut milk (1.5 cups almond or cashew milk)


  1. Blend all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds

  2. Enjoy in a glass or as a smoothie bowl topped with your favorite fruit, nuts and seeds
