Ingredients
Bob's GF Oatmeal or any other GF oatmeal (1/4 cup)
Moringa (1 tsp)
Maca (1 tsp optional)
Honey/Agave (1 tbsp)
Water (3/4 cup)
Directions
Combine GF oatmeal with water and cook over medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes until fluffy (alternatively you can place in microwave for 30 seconds)
Add honey, maca, and Moringa and blend well.
Place in a bowl and top with your favorite fruit and nuts.
