How to Make A 2 Minute GF Moringa Oatmeal

Need an easy breakfast option that's healthy and energizing? Try this super quick 2 minute Moringa Oatmeal to stay warm and nourished during the Fall and Winter months.


  • Bob's GF Oatmeal or any other GF oatmeal (1/4 cup)

  • Moringa (1 tsp)

  • Maca (1 tsp optional)

  • Honey/Agave (1 tbsp)

  • Water (3/4 cup)


  1. Combine GF oatmeal with water and cook over medium to high heat for 1-2 minutes until fluffy (alternatively you can place in microwave for 30 seconds)

  2. Add honey, maca, and Moringa and blend well.

  3. Place in a bowl and top with your favorite fruit and nuts.
