Moringa Pesto with Butternut Squash Zoodles

Eat clean and detoxify with this tasty zoodle dish. Whole foods makes it so incredibly easy to make this dish, its a must try. This light dish will satisfy your hunger but not leave you feeling bloated or overly full like pasta.

Whole Foods provides various spiralized vegetables pre packaged, making this dish incredibly easy to make. All you have to do is throw them in a pan with some olive oil and sautee for about 10 minutes.

Adding shrimp is a great way to incorporate protein if you are not vegan. I sauteed in moringa, turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper.


  • Butternut squash zoodles

  • Moringa pesto sauce

  • Moringa & turmeric herb sauteed shrimp


  • Moringa (1/2 tsp)

  • Turmeric (1/2 tsp)

  • Paprika (1/4 tsp)

  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Make Moringa Pesto Sauce

  2. Spiralize your butternut squash or buy the zoodles pre-made at Whole Foods

  3. Sautee the zoodles for about 10 minutes

  4. Sautee shrimp in spices until cooked through

  5. Top the zoodles withe the Moringa Pesto Sauce and Turmeric Spiced Shrimp and enjoy!
