Vegan Moringa Soup

Purify your body with this cleansing vegan soup. Just a few simple ingredients are needed to whip this up, including moringa, peas, cauliflower, and vegetable stock.

This dish is perfect for a zen evening of relaxation.


  • Cauliflower (1 heaping cup cooked)

  • Peas (3 cups)

  • Moringa (1 tbsp)

  • Vegetable stock (1 onion, 3 shallors, 3 sticks celery)

  • Scallions (optional for garnishing but they provide a nice kick!)

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Make the vegetable stalk by cooking the largely chopped onion, shallots and celery in a medium pot. Simmer until the vegetables are soft. Strain the vegetables and pour the liquid back in the pot.

  2. Steam cauliflower for 20 minutes or until soft

  3. Heat vegetable stock and add peas. Cook for about 10 minutes or until peas are fully cooked.

  4. Place cauliflower, and 3/4 the pea soup in blender and mix until smooth.

  5. Pour puree back in the pot with the 1/4 pea soup. Mix and add some cooked cauliflower chunks and chipped scallions if you want a chunkier consistency.

  6. Garnish with scallions and enjoy.
