Ombre Chia Parfait

Get festive with an ombre chia parfait. This powerful breakfast dish is great for providing energy and promoting healthy skin. Its full of protein, fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids and tons of micro nutrients, making it great for digestion and building stronger bones.


  • Chia seeds (7 tbsps)

  • Almond milk (2 cups)

  • Moringa (1 tsp)

  • Chlorophyll (1/4 tsp)

  • Toppings (pomegranate and strawberries compliment it perfectly!)


  1. Mix the chia seeds in with your favorite almond milk (I recommend Califia if you don't have a favorite).

  2. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Pour in half the chia pudding into a small bowl and mix in the Moringa and chlorophyll. Pour out 1/4 of that into a mason jar. Combine more of the white chia pudding with the Moringa chia pudding in the bowl and mix well. Again pour a fraction of the lighter shade into the mason jar. Repeat 2 more times and then add a layer of the white chia pudding. Top with a layer of coconut yogurt and garnish with your favorite toppings.
