Moringa Pops with Lime and Mint

Need a refreshing treat to cool off? You've come to the right place. Try these minty Moringa pops! They will keep you cool and hydrated. All you need is coconut water and a few fresh ingredients.

Throw some mint and lime slices inside for a cool texture and extra flavor!

Mouth watering delicious! Add a few spinach leaves to get that rich pop of color and extra nutrients. Don't worry, if you only use a few leaves you can't even taste it!

Serving size: 5 Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Coconut water (2 cups)

  • Moringa (1 tsp)

  • Honey (3 tbsp)

  • Mint (8 medium leaves)

  • Spinach (5-10 leaves optional)

  • Lime (1)

  • Cheesecloth or strainer optional

Directions

  1. Place coconut water, moringa, honey, mint, spinach and lime in blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Strain with a cheesecloth as there will be a few particles of leaves left over.

  3. Pour into Popsicle holders and freeze overnight.

  4. Optional to place limes or mint inside pops for decoration.
