Coconut Moringa Latte

Craving a morning pick-me-up that vegan and without all the jittery caffeine? This Coconut Moringa Latte will do just the trick! It's simple, creamy and and zenfully uplifting. 

 

 

Heat water over the stove until is starts to boil. Pour into a mug and add the Moringa powder and honey. Stir with a spoon or frother.

 

 

Warm the coconut milk and then froth it with a handheld frother. Pour the frothed coconut milk into the Moringa tea mug. Stir until well combined.

 

 

Sprinkle the top with extra Moringa powder and chia seeds.

 

 

Swirl if you like.

 

 

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk (1 cup)

  • Moringa podwer (1 tsp)

  • Honey (2 tsp)

  • Water (enough for boiling)

  • Chia seeds (for sprinkling, optional)

  • Frother

 

Directions

  1. Heat the water over the stove. Once it's boiling fill your tea mug halfway and then add the Moringa powder and honey. Stir with a spoon or handheld frother.

  2. Warm the coconut milk over the stove until its warm. Place in a glass jar and froth. 

  3. Pour the frothed coconut milk into the tea mug.

  4. Sprinkle with extra moringa powder and chia seeds or simply stir and enjoy!
