Iced Moringa Ginger Tea

Ready to toss the ice coffee with skim milk addiction but not sure hot to replace it? Try this Iced Moringa Ginger Tea. Its the perfect refreshing drink that will load you with energy. 

 

 

Splash in the almond milk, garnish with some mint and voila. The perfect pick-me-up to start your day. 

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • Ginger tea (fresh ginger or a tea bag from yogi or other brand)

  • Moringa (1 tsp)

  • Honey (spoonful)

  • Filtered water (10oz for boiling)

  • Almond milk (1/4 cup)

 

Directions

  1. Warm up water over the stove. It doesn't need to boil but make sure its hot or at least warm enough to melt honey.

  2. Add the honey and steep the tea for 10 minutes

  3. Add the Moringa and mix until dissolved. Sometimes its helpful to throw it in the blender.

  4. Let cool and then pour over ice. 

  5. Top off with almond milk and enjoy!
