Moringa Chia Pudding

Start your day with some energizing moringa chia pudding. Chia seeds are very low in calories yet loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3s, and other micro nutrients. Fera Moringa combined with these nutritious chia seeds will give you an extra boost of energy to last you all day.

This recipe will satisfy your morning appetite and keep you feeling full throughout the day. (Or at least until you get a chance to enjoy lunch!)

This chia pudding is so easy to make and is an excellent way to prep food for the week. All you need is almond milk, chia seeds and moringa. The toppings are optional but fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes and crushed pistachios make this dish DELICIOUS.

For best results, blend 2 cups of Califia Origional almond milk with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of Fera Moringa. Place the mixture in an airtight glass jar and leave in the fridge overnight. If you can leave it in the fridge for 24 hours that's even better.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • Almond milk (2 cups)

  • Chia seeds (2 tbsp)

  • Moringa (1 tbsp)

  • Honey/Agave (1tbsp)

  • Fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, chopped pistachios are optional as toppings

Directions

  1. Place the chia seeds almond milk and Moringa in your blender and blend for a few seconds until its mixed well.

  2. Place in an airtight glass container overnight.

  3. Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
