Ingredients (for 2) Spinach (1 FULL cup) Bananas (3 frozen) Mango (4 chunks frozen) Pineapple (4 chunks frozen) Almond Milk (1.5 cups) Moringa (2 tsp) Spirulina (1/2 tsp Maca (2 tsp) Directions Place spinach and then the rest of the ingredients in the blender (it's important to put in spinach first so it blends better while keeping a thick frozen consistency). Pour in bowl and top with your favorite ingredients.

Purify your body with this cleansing vegan soup. Just a few simple ingredients are needed to whip this up, including moringa, peas, cauliflower, and vegetable stock. This dish is perfect for a zen evening of relaxation. Ingredients Cauliflower (1 heaping cup cooked) Peas (3 cups) Moringa (1 tbsp) Vegetable stock (1 onion, 3 shallors, 3 sticks celery) Scallions (optional for garnishing but they provide a nice kick!) Salt and pepper (to taste) Directions Make the vegetable stalk by cooking the largely chopped onion, shallots and celery in a medium pot. Simmer until the vegetables are soft. Strain the vegetables and pour the liquid back in the pot. Steam cauliflower for 20 minutes or until soft
