Refresh and refuel with a Moringa infused Nana Smoothie Bowl. This revitalizing smoothie will give you the extra boost you need in the morning to keep you going all day! Ingredients (for 2) Spinach (1 FULL cup) Bananas (3 frozen) Mango (4 chunks frozen) Pineapple (4 chunks frozen) Almond Milk (1.5 cups) Moringa (2 tsp) Spirulina (1/2 tsp Maca (2 tsp) Directions Place spinach and then the rest of the ingredients in the blender (it's important to put in spinach first so it blends better while keeping a thick frozen consistency). Pour in bowl and top with your favorite ingredients.

Vegan Moringa Soup

Purify your body with this cleansing vegan soup. Just a few simple ingredients are needed to whip this up, including moringa, peas, cauliflower, and vegetable stock. This dish is perfect for a zen evening of relaxation. Ingredients Cauliflower (1 heaping cup cooked) Peas (3 cups) Moringa (1 tbsp) Vegetable stock (1 onion, 3 shallors, 3 sticks celery) Scallions (optional for garnishing but they provide a nice kick!) Salt and pepper (to taste) Directions Make the vegetable stalk by cooking the largely chopped onion, shallots and celery in a medium pot. Simmer until the vegetables are soft. Strain the vegetables and pour the liquid back in the pot. Steam cauliflower for 20 minutes or until soft
