Avocado toast is one of the most satisfying breakfast options out there! Sprinkle some moringa on top to get that extra boost of nutrients. Secret: Place a thin layer of almond butter on the toast first and then avocado. Sprinkle with salt pepper and a touch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes. Swear it tastes amazing! Ingredients: Toast (Ezekiel bread used here) Avocado (1/2 haas avocado) Almond butter (optional) Moringa (sprinkle) Salt and pepper to taste Cayenne pepper or chili flakes (just a touch) Directions: Toast your bread. Ingredients Spinach (small handful or 1/4 cup) Pear (fresh 1/2 pear) Banana (1 frozen) Mango (1/4 cup frozen) Mint (5 leaves) Chlorophyll (1/8 tsp) Coconut milk (1/4 cup) Water (1/2 cup) Directions Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. It blends best if you place the spinach and fresh pear in the bottom of the blender and frozen fruit on top. Pour in a bowl and decorate with your favorite toppings!
